Coronavirus Statement 17.03.2020

Dear customer, volunteers, and all associated staff and businesses,

 

Due to recent government advice recommending that the public avoid all non-essential social gatherings, all productions for the foreseeable future are being temporarily postponed We are now in the process of rescheduling all events to a future date.

 

We can assure you all that your ticket value will not be lost and we will contact every ticket holder over the coming days and weeks to advise accordingly.

 

Please rest assured as our supportive valued patrons, we will do everything to rectify the current situation and would ask you for your further support, cooperation and understanding in these unprecedented times.

 

We realise that this may cause significant disruption, however the wellbeing of our customers, staff, and communities must be our priority.

 

New Theatre Royal Lincoln operates in an unusual way for a non-commercial theatre in that it has no Arts Council or local authority support. Instead it is completely dependent on philanthropic donations, sponsorship, and ticket sales. We are asking those of you who have purchased tickets to any of our postponed shows to consider donating the cost, if you are able, to help assure our future through these exponential times.

 

Due to the pressure we are under in dealing with this serious situation we would ask you please not to visit our box office or call our box office telephone numbers to ask about rescheduling, one of our team will be in touch with all ticket holders as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates as they unfold through all our social media channels and website.
